I'm in the waiting room waiting for brian's IVC filter placement procedure to be over.  I love my baby laptop that lets me get on everywhere.  Problem is some of my favorite sites appear to be blocked by SA's firewalls.

I met his vascular surgeon for the first time today.  I like the guy A LOT.   He DREW with pen right on brian's gown to show me what he was  doing.  


after recovery I will take the hungry man to eat something

I took off of work today so I may take the two younger kids (oy they are 17 and 23 so not babies) out for sushi....

there are TEN patches for microsoft this week.  NOT a good week for me to be off.

i'll be sending out positive vibes he makes it through ok. any surgery sucks, even minor ones. I can attest to that!

The surgeon just came out.  bri is all done.   he'll be in recovery for about an hour!

I had hoped to get up to see Tom but brian is in some discomfort (laying flat on his back is hard for him) so we will see when he is allowed to stand if he feels up to it.

meanwhile I kill time here waiting for him.

sadly FACEBOOK is blocked by SA so I have to still use my phone for that.

I wish your hubby luck and that's a great Doc who shows you whats going on...

 I am glad the filter placement went well. I was surprised how well I felt afterward. May it be the same for Brian.
