TUESDAY FEED BAG
Haven't been able to reply on OH all day but just got another computer and it works fine...go figure.
I'm battling jet lag and a small cold and have little appetite but I got a couple of things in yesterday just to get my protein.
Yesterday:
B - none
L - greek yogurt/pineapple protein shake
S - mini caramel corn rice cakes
D - Moroccan chili w/slice American cheese
60 oz. fluids, 74g protein, missed two doses of calcium and my iron...back on track today!

Heather, I hope you get to feeling better soon. I can not stress enough to please do not skip your vitamins!! Make sure to up your protein intake.

D- Mashed potatoes with a 1 fried skinless chicken leg
S- a navel orange
96 fluid oz and all my vitamins
