I guess I'm the early bird here.  And I don't eat worms!

I think Tia is coming in late, so I'm starting the three things for her.  Hope she doesn't mind.

1.  Storms last night didn't knock out our power - Thank God I needed all the AC in the house I could get!

2.  Should be getting my final grade posted online sometime today.

3.  I had a night off last night, so I enjoyed my time with hubby. 

4.  Tom's a loser - he's a loser - Tom's a loser!!!!!

5.  For all my dear friends on and off OH, thank you all - you guys really rock!

I have not posted 3 things in a while due to my schedule. i have been checking on you all though!

Today, I am grateful....

1 - That I managed to do a challenging move on the Pilates Reformer last night. It was sort like a push up and I have very poor upper body strength. My arms were shaking from the stress, but I did it. It was not as big as it could have been, but I did it.

2 - For good times with friends this past weekend, both Sat. and Sun.

3 - For all of you. Even though I cannot post as much as I used to, you remain important to me. I value you all very much!

Now, off to work. I pray that the storm gods hold off so I can get my pool classes in tonight!

Morning Candy and All :

Yes I talked with Tia and she will be late!

Today I am grateful for

1.  My appt. with Ranesa last night.

2.  The opportunity to pull someone off a ledge for once I was the puller instead of the
pullee!

3.  My pilates class last night :  after a melt down last week It really took a lot for
me to walk in there last night.  After talking with Ranesa she convinced me I am not
a quitter and that I needed to take that class!

Glad you had your appointment with her.  I am glad you are doing better. It's good to be the puller too! That's what friends are for!

Morning all!

Sounds like you had a much needed night off Candy.  I've worked 2 jobs and gone to school so I kinda know what you're going thru, although I wasn't married at the time.  Sucks when you don't have much quality time to yourself and/our your loved one.

Yay on the Pilates Deb and Darla!  Darla the other day it dawned on me that you mentioned you were on Oxygen, is that right?  Wow, just think of how far you've come.... oxygen to the gym.  Not shabby eh? *muah*

Today I'm grateful for:

1.  Central a/c.  WOW I don't mind heat but these last few days have been HUMID.  The central air helps me breathe a lot better than when outside.

2.  Tonight is my THIRD nutrition class. Only 3 more and then we can file for insurance, right, right?? Lol.

3.  My dear friends who kept me entertained last night.  I needed a good laugh and they came thru. 

4.  That Bill seems to finally have a steady job that he'll love.  He's already formed a good bond with his boss. :)

You know I have to keep reminding myself of the fact that I have come so far:  I may never get
down to where I originally wanted to be but not carrying that oxygen tank is a good reminder
that I am in SO much better health!

I started the Mac carrying it around with me for a couple weeks.  LOL I could picture
me now wearing it in the pool or trying the refomer class with in :  never would have happened LOL

Glad to know that all you need is 3 more nutrition classes Yay!!! After that then insurance and approval.

So glad that everything is going great with Bill's new job.  Yes you are right, I needed a good laugh yesterday too and I am grateful for the 70 plus emails. lol

Candy, good luck on the grades!!!

My 3 things:

1. Had a nice dinner with some coworkers and my family last night. Mmmm mom made Indian food.

2. Sales: I saved $358.04 according to my JC Penneys receipt and I spent $85. Also found a nice strapless bra that actually stays up and supports the girls hehe

3. My hubby: poor guy had a 3 hour commute home last ngiht ebcause MARC broke down and then ran at 1/2 the speed because of the heat. But, he still mingled with the guests and stayed up with me.
