wow you are doing wonderful! woo hoo looking good my friend. Im getting there slow but steady progress but progress.
I bought a couple of new pairs of jeans in a smaller size, I can pull them off w/o unbuttoning them but Im not complaining :-) hope to be down 100lb by the end of the year. :-) don't get back here as much the last few weeks alot going on.
