No By the Docks this week!

For me, anyway!!  My car a/c died, and I just can't spend the $ on a dinner out when I'm going to have to borrow money from Mom to get the a/c fixed.

That doesn't mean you all can't go without me!!!  Things are also financially tight for a couple of my friends, and we have the party coming up on the 23rd, so I just can't do it right now!

I know, but in the battle of Car A/C vs. Dinner Out, Car A/C wins!!  Sorry, honey!  And even though everyone's bringing something to our party, there's still a bunch of stuff I have to take care of for that.

Something happened to Bruce's a/c yesterday. He can't figure it out. It was working when we left the house but when we came out of the funeral home it didn't work anymore, I hope it is not serious as he just had new tires put on Saturday.

Sigh.  Clearly, the Car Gods are conspiring against us, Gail!!!

ACK sorry about the a/c.  That would take priority with me too, especially with as hot as this weekend was.

This actually works out for me because I already have plans on Tuesday and Thursday and doing one more thing would drain me too much....

Hope the a/c is cheap!

Well, if it's the compressor, we're looking at about $800.  No prob!  I have that just laying around!!!  NOT!

Jerry likes to dig around at Crazy Ray's - we could probably find you one cheaper than some 800 buckaroos.  Sent you an email with the digits.  Let him know I told you to call him.  His friend used to work at Hyundai and he may have connections that Jerry can use.

Sowwy about the car A/C.  At least it's not the house A/C like mine.  Mike was supposed to change the filter while I was gone but didn't...woke him up to do it today.  LOL!  Hope it helps but doesn't really seem to be!
