OK now we play......
Well I was going to Fedex and fax all my information to UHC, Obesity Law practice but it was way too expensive.
it would have cost inexcess of $400.00 to do both.
Fedex wanted 1.50/sheet for faxing and for three days ground they wanted 50.00 . ( my file is about 100-150 pages) So I did the next best thing. I went to the local post office and sent it express mail with delivery confirmation. Total was $16.85. That was three packages , UHC, Califirnia Department of Insurance and Obesity Law. they all will have the packages no later than Wednesday afternoon.
In the package to UHC I did not include all of my aces ( ie case law and State laws for California and Maryland). Figured I would save them in case a second appeal is needed. However I did include them in the package to Obesity law and California Department of Insurance.
Now we play the waiting game and see what happens.
I am honestly hoping that the medical necesity will over ride the policy enforcement.
Will keep everyone updated as things unfold.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, I am sure things will work out the way they are supposed to. As far as having patience , believe me it has taken a long time to get to this point. I figure my health is fragile enough with out trying to add to it with stressing out. Not saying I don't stress over anything, but....
After the episode on the cycle last week, I got really scared and decided that I will follow through , things happen for a reason, and I do not want to have a stroke or heart attack unecesarily.
So In the mean time I will take my meds and do what I can/need to do in the mean time to get healthier.
