So what's everyone eating?  I made a yummy spinach/cheese quiche yesterday, so that's lunch today.  I also sauteed green and yellow squash in EVOO with 5 cloves of garlic, half an onion, and then added a can of diced tomatoes (drained).  YUM-O!!

Friday:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt

L - Chicken salad

S - Pure Protein bar

D - Chick Fil-A strips

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Yesterday - I slept most of Sunday away.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs with bacon bits mixed in for that beefy flavor.

Lunch- one pack of 90 calorie Budding lunch meat and some cheez-its

Dinner - Tuna Helper Parmesan tuna fish thingie

Dessert - Blue Bunny NSA Banana Split

72 ounces of fluids - no vits.

Sounds YUMMO!!!

Yesterday...a travel day so as always a little odd!

B - 3/4 protein bar

L - chicken caesar salad  (all the chicken a little lettuce)

S - fruit
      protein bar

D - chicken bacon ranch salad (all the chicken and a few veggies)

S - chocolate

50 oz. fluids, 70 oz. fluids, all my vits.

5 cloves of garlic cloves?  man I hope you had lots of mint candies with you yesterday. 


Yesterday:

B- 1 small pancake  with s/ syrup 1 scrabled egg with cheese

L- 1 cup o pea soup with beef

D-  3 table spoons of white rice beans, and 1 short rib with spinach.

S- 1 small banana


All my fluids and all my vitamins and my B-12 shot!
