3 THINGS FOR MONDAY
Mellie, I'm so glad that you didn't use the return label on Marty! It definitely was some relearning we all had to do once we hit that spot. I'm so grateful for his scale moving! Mine is still moving at a great pace. June 1st I weighed 197 - then had a fill. This morning I weighed myself before going to work, and I swore I saw the scale dial in on a 176, but I updated to 178 on the health tracker giving the 2 pounds overage as a reasonable doubt factor. :)
On my way to work I got to thinking about how most of us women shave off 20 - 40 pounds and add a couple inches on heights on our drivers license when they ask us our height & weight. I "told" them I weighed 185 when I had my DL renewed in 2006 - when of course I weighed more than that. And I giggled because I am skinnier than 185 now, so I am lying, but in the wrong direction LOL

Candy im glad I had you to get us through that. It was definitely a rough experience and he learned a lot for sure. I think he's on the right track now though, definitely more cautious. I do have to say though he seems a little depressed at times at the amount of food he can eat and I wonder is he grieving over food? Does that happen? Can you miss how you used to eat? He tried bacon again yesterday and said definitely no more bacon and seemed kind of down about it. I just keep reminding him that he looks really good and thats the whole reason for doing this. He agrees but I wonder at times if it really is bothering him not to be able to eat more at a meal.
Hi Tia,
I am sorry about the car and computer trouble. I hope all that gets fixed soon.
Thank God for great Mothers! You are Blessed!
I totally agree! I hate irresponsible pet Owners! It really ****** me off when some of these pet owners are open about how irresposible they are... ughhhh
Today I am grateful for:
1. 2 more weeks until school! Yay!
2. MY RNY
3. B-12 man oh man I really needed that shot this month! I feel so much better now.
Have a good day and please stay hydrated.

Well, I'm late on this. Didn't get home until 8 a.m. this morning and slept for a couple of hours.
Today, I'm grateful...
1. For making it home safely.
2. For sleeping in my own bed with the dogs for company! I sleep much better with them around. Funny though, my sister's long-haired dachsund slept with me Friday night and I just could not get comfortable!
3. For hand-me-ups. My sister gave me two Anne Klein suits in size 8, a pair of size 10 Anne Taylor pants, and a flat screen computer monitor. The suit pants fit (actually the 8's fit better than the 10s ironically) but I have the jackets are a little tight in the boobage area.
Have a good rest of the day...it's good to be back!
