Cheesecake factory,

We went to the cheesecake factory (first time) for a last lunch Saturday, the first and last time. If it wasn't for the $105 check, (for El, Maggy, Jessika, and myself) I might have to cancel the RNY,,, NOT!!!!!! Food was  great, service great, but I won't miss it!!!!!!!!

Quite pricey!  I loved their cheesecakes pre op. But as post op they have a sugar free cheesecake and I only buy that when I pass by the cheesecake factory which is NOT often!  Just an idea for when you are more than 6 or 8 months out and you have reached a personal goal and you can treat yourself! 

Glad you had a nice "last meal". As Cira said, you will find later on that you can go almost anywhere and still find things you can enjoy post-op within reason.

Yes love the Cheesecake and the food was good too. It was very pricey and I think I can find better food for my money elsewhere. I do wish you luck with your surgery and I hope you have a speedy recovery too..

You got guts.  I went for a final supper at Schmidts and McCormicks at Inner Harbor.  Big mistake.  Guilt, guilt and big check for the 2 of us.  But I did learn from that.  Now I can do splits and still have enough for 2  more meals.  We dont eat out much now.  Business is slow and my food choices have changed.

Cheesecake factory is OK.  I think it's overhyped.
