I am enjoying the cool weather this morning since I hear it will be very hot and humid this weekend.
I hope everyone has a positive good eating weekend and remember to drink lots of fluids and take all your vitamins and do some form of exercise. This is very important to be successful in your wl journey!

Oh it was a beautiful 65 degrees this morning. Now well it is 84 degrees I haven't had to turn on the AC yet but I think I will soon. lol
As for the exercise just walk some and there is your exercise!

OMG, my AC has been on since June, I think. This year it was late, usually by Memorial Day it's a oven in here! I think I am going to walk the mall, for exercise. I am only taking 5 dollars, so no temptations. I will chat with u later. I sent you a PM, boy, do I wish I was one of your kids today! LOL Leslie:)
Thankfully living in the mountains of WV we have only turned on the AC a handful of times. Luckily it didn't get too bad at all. I still haven't turned on the AC yet maybe tonight if it is too humid at bedtime.
That's great that you will walk at the mall. It is great exercise. LOL I have to remember to only take $5 with me so i don't get any temptations either. lol
I am going to check the PM now.
You can actually come over and be one of the kids. lol

Yeah it is hot here just 84 but quite humid. The kids are playing in the pool while Gino and I clean clean clean! lol It's good to be a kid right now. lol
I hope you enjoy a good time tomorrow in the pool it is going to be HOT!

Hi Cira! It's afternoon now! I'm at my brother's, where it's a tropical 62 degrees!! LOL!! Gary likes it meat locker-ish! After spending all day outside, I can't really argue with that!
Mom, KB and I went to the movies to see "G-Force," the guinea pig movie. It was cute, but not worth full price. I took Mom home, treated KB to lunch and now we're home.
I'm heading out in about an hour to meet Darla, Kathy and Debbie to see Julie/Julia. My tummy's feeling a bit hinky (a Boxer word), so I'm not meeting them for dinner.
Tomorrow, my aunt is coming over (I think) to hook up my new computer, and I think we're all going out for crabs.

Cira, here in Gettysburg and the weather is so nice. It has been on the cooler side so time outside is great. Bingo last night and today they taught line dancing. Tonight they will have a DJ and tomorrow a craft in the morning after church. I will try to do both. I hope you have a super weekend and thanks for your thoughts, prayers and kind words. You are a gem....
