PM/Procurement Administrator
We have an immediate opening for an administrative position to support our Product Management, Process Management, and Procurement activities.
The successful candidate must work well with people, be flexible, and capable of working independently in completion of required duties. The following activities will be part of the position’s requirements –
· Support activities of the purchasing process on a daily basis including printing purchase orders, corresponding with vendors, confirming delivery dates of open POs, tracking/trending component pricing, maintaining PO files and general support of the Purchasing department.
· Support activities of the Product Manager including maintaining Change Control entries in SharePoint, creating/editing PMRs, data entry, creating/editing inspection sheets, helping with costings, obsoleting part numbers, maintaining PMR files and general support of the department.
· Support Process Manager with the same tasks above with the additional responsibility of maintaining the Consensus Forecast workbook, entering the monthly MRP forecast, and monitoring at-risk inventory.
This position will report to Debbie Mancini, Product Manager.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Must be proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Excel.
