Morning all ~ are ya eating good things?

Yesterday:

B - turkey jerky
     protein bar

L - chicken salad

D - 1 pc. thin crust bbq chicken pizza

S - watermelon

LNS - protein shake

60 oz. fluids, 96g protein, all my vits.

NEXT!!!

M1:  EAS shake  2 slices American cheese
M2:  yogurt with fiber one and flax seed  EAS drink
M3:  baked chicken, avocado and black olives over salad greens  leftover baked chicken and roasted veggies
M4:  boiled egg white  2 slices American cheese
M5:  Kefir  skipped
M6:  I want something really good but I don't know what that is  yogurt, peach, fiber one, flax seed and blueberries

Workout:  30 minutes ARC trainer and weights  ran 5 miles at the gym because there is a really cute guy there and he was behind me on the ARC Trainer!  Hey... it's motivational!

Yesterday:

B- 1 boiled egg 1 slice of cheese  16 oz coffee

L-1 cup of pea soup

S- Slice of ham and a slice of cheese

D-  beef stew with mashed potatoes and peas

S- a few pieces of cantaloup
