Nessa, I know this might sound crazy, but I thought if you kept up with the shots, and used the Frontline,or similar products, the dog or cat couldn't be infested or even get a tick! Am I in la la land to believe this? You had 2 dogs with Lyme, you poor thing. Please keep us posted about Hannah. THANKS, Leslie:)
well the shot is only about 65% effective.  I was remiss last year with the frontline.

I missed a few months.  with dogs it can take MONTHS for the illness to show up.

My daughter is going to get her meds and we will start them ASAP for her.

Morning Nessa...sorry about your doggy. My puggy ended up with Lyme but we didn't know it until it was too late and had to put her down for breathing problems. I miss that old girl.

Today is a busy day here too. I have to run Kate to the senior center for volunteer work this morning (she loves those seniors to death), then a quick stop for some groceries. The cable man is coming between 1-4 to install my cable/internet (im sick of Verizon). Tonight we have karate and Kate is getting tested for her yellow belt, she's so excited. Sometime today I have to find time to get my work done so I can get paid.

Morning Mellie.  I"m blessed to know what Lyme looks like since I've BTDT with my last dog.  I'm just glad I did not wait too long.  I think we caught it early enough.  Bagels titer was over 300 he was very sick.

My grandmother raised pugs, they are funny dogs....

sounds like Kate has a busy day!  wish her luck on her test from me.
