Sylvie, we are big campers and I don't mean in an RV! LOL  One thing we like to do is put steaks in ziplock bags covered in a marinade for a couple days before we leave, bagged Caesar salad kit, and potato packets (diced potato, chopped onion, butter, salt/pepper all in foil, pop the packet right in the firepit to cook down!).  That's "fancier" food for one of the nights we'll be there.  Other things we'll take lunchmeats, hot dogs, chicken salad/tuna salad for lunch time.  Breakfast we do eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, etc.  Back when I would do bread I made stuffed french toast (make a sandwich of bread, cream cheese, and strawberries - dip in egg wash and cook like french toast would be done YUMMY!).  Something fun to do that my girfriend from Texas taught me was Frito "pie".  Well, you take small bags of Fritos (1 for each person), put some chili in the bags, top with shredded cheese, sour cream, onions, tomato and then eat it out of the bag!!!

Revised to VSG (6/11/09) weighing 253...
