Good morning everyone hope everyone is enjoying the 3H's of summer . I had to get to work early this morning like 2 hours before my shift started because the breaks on the truck needed to be repaired and Zell had to get it there rather quickly. It was that or he would have had to bring me to Hunt Valley from Essex on the motor cycle. That would have been different. lol.
Any way...... I thought since I was hear so early that I would try to follow some advice and fax my appeals package from work. It wasn't meant to happen from here. After every 15 pages I would get a line error message and have to dial the number all over again. After this happened three times I figured it was best to stop and wait until I can get the fed ex office in my neighborhood and do it that way. The package is over 100 pages long to say the least.
I also tried to get my PCP to sign a more business like letter of medical necessity and included some statisics and he said he wouldn't do it because the stats were not his expertise and he had nothing to add. DAMN!!!!!!!
Oh well. I am going to fax the information either tonight after work or tommorrow morning on my way to work.
In the mean time I am still learning to eat the right way, learning to drink more water, getting to the gym each chance I get. Hoping to check out a few classes to see if I can handle them.

Nessa: Thanks for the support really, I do hope to meet you sometime . No, I have not been able to get to Fed ex because when I did laundry last night the breaks went out on the truck and my bf had to bring to me work and put it in the shop before they opened this morning. But I should have the truck back to tommorow morning and will stop on my way to work to take care of it. The sooner the better and I really do want to get to the point where they agree to cover the surgery. I figure the worst that will happen is that after all the appeals are finished either the California Department of Insurance will rule in my favor after an independent medical review or I have to wait until open enrollment when HR said that the rider may be affordable.
So we will see. In the mean time I refuse to be a depressed, repressed, and suppressed by this. I will deal with my co morbidities and health issues in a possitive way and keep going.

Cira: Thanks, getting depressed, supressed and repressed only leads to more of the same. Things happen the way they do for a reason. I will go through what ever processes I need to in order to reach the goal set. I am not saying that I don't get down but I do try to fight it with every bit of innerstrength I can muster. I have made up my mind that in order to move forward I must let go of roads already traveled. (IE the last 30 yrs of being with my ex husband) lol read the book when I publi**** I have a wonderful person in my life that supports me and actually knows what is best for me before I usually do.
