Can i drink this post surgery?
Venita -
IMHO, it IS too high in sugar. You really don't want to pu**** and dump this early out - you'll feel extra miserable.
If I remember correctly, Sloane told me initially post-op, to try to stay under 5 g of sugars. Keep in mind, too, that some people can't tolerate sugar alcohols well, either. And most sugar free stuff that's not made with Splenda has some sort of sugar alcohol content.

Venita,
I really would stay away from that. You can get really sick dumping syndrome is horrible. I was told by the nutritionist to only take less than 6 grams of sugar per meal.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.
