Ok, Marty thinks he did well with the diversity question and you all gave him such great ideas, so thank you dear friends for that. Here is another one they asked and he thinks he did pretty good, but then now he is second guessing himself. This is in reference to a maintenance shop.

What is quality to you?
Quality is both a philosophy and a process. It is making sure things are done right the first time, that the needs of both internal and external customers are met and/or exceeded, ensuring that a job is done the way you would want it done for yourself. In a manifacuting environment, I would probably also add something about safety as well.
