Maybe I will see  you at the gym if you go tonight LOL  I know I need to get back to the
weight circuit and treadmill -  the pilates and pool classes I have started back too
with no problem -- I guess that s because they are actually fun !
I have both the gym and poolbag in the car so I really have no excuse tonight!

As far as the car:  they had to order the rim and that should be in tomorrow then they
have to mount the tire:  The service manager said it should be ready to be put back on
Friday AM !  I hope so:  until then I will use Mom's or Dads car -  I just pray I get
home tonight without a problem.

Today, I am grateful for:

1. Having a job...

2. Family and friends. A husband that adores, respects, supports and appreciates me..although he gets on my nerves sometimes and keeps me laughing and smiling despite the many storms that "we" have tackled together and kids that thinks their mom is soo silly especially when I try to do dances that the kids are doing today ...:o) Yes, I was told I need Hip-hop dance lessons by my girls..:o)

3. 32 days until the kids go back to school...YESSSS!!!

4. The scale continues to move in the right direction.

5. The wonderful ladies and gents that I have met while continuing my weight loss journey.. You all keep me inspired.

Have a blessed day.

Sounds like you and your hubby are doing something right - balancing the fun and the storms.  Hmmmmm.........so make them take hip-hop lessons with you!  Me, I have NO coordination.  Think Elaine from "Seinfeld."

What happened to the days when school started after Labor Day?  It STILL doesn't seem right to me!

Congrats for making the scale move in the right direction!  Just that alone is inspiration!!!!

Hugs,

Morning!

Thank doG that Pinky-dink was found! I definitely get the favorite toy thing.  Colby had a stuffed fake lambswool toy that was like a gingerbread shape that we called "the man".  She loved that toy and I had to replace it an infinite number of times over the years after the stuffing had been removed, the squeaker de-squeaked and the lambswool torn to shreds.  Finally many years later I found one without the stuffing that had squeakers that lasted all of 10 minutes, but didn't have to buy another one again...I wonder where he is now...hmmmmmm...

Today I'm grateful:

1.  For constant Colby reminders making me know that she's still with me.  Yesterday the dogs were outside and I hear this one high pitched bark...sounded JUST LIKE Colby.  Of course, Rio and Brie are the ones waiting at the door and it was probably Rio that barked but it was a welcome sound!

2.  For finding another long lost Colby toy last night.  A funny looking monstery squeaky thing that fast became Jakes new favorite toy.  He played with it all night (even in the middle of the night) and all morning and I'd hazard a guess that he's still playing with it right now...silly boy!

3.  That despite the PMS monster being around as well as the onset of TOM, my weight is only up 1lb and I'm gonna say that's water weight from TOM.

Happy Day all,
Heather

It is funny.  Here I've been thinking how slowly I've been losing but then I look at your totals and Ren's totals and see that we're all on pretty much the same path!

Awwww......messages from Colby - I LOVE that!!  I know it's comforting to you!  After we lost Molly, we'd hear a sound like her nails tapping in the front window, and occasionally, I'd hear a big, snuffly sigh, like the one she'd emit as she was getting comfortable.  That was her way of telling me she was okay, and the sounds stopped after Happy came - I guess Molly was okay with us getting another Molly (Happy).  DOG, LOVE IT!!!  God, Boxer, WHAT would we do without them?  Men?  Who needs 'em?!  Give me a warm, snuggly dog any day!

Speaking of those lambswool thingies - Molly had one - HIS name was....Binky-Dink!!!  I JUST remembered that!!!!!  LOL!!!

You know what you might wanna do with the newfound Colby toy?  Make a Christmas ornament out of it - that's what we did with a gingerbread man Oreo (pre-Molly) had.  I KNOW Jake likes it, but....

I'll laugh that pound right off of you on Saturday, don't you worry none!!!

MUAH!

Morning Maryland peeps....Im late again as usual. I was busy playing FarmTown and coaching Marty for his interview today. This isn't the dream job interview but a good one nonetheless, so I hope he does well. Anyway, here are mine for today:

1.  Daniel finally got connected to the internet from his DSi and now I dont have to worry about him jumping in my chair everytime I go to the bathroom...ok that was a silly one but still im thankful.

2. That even though Marty has a lot of job interviews coming up, he still has a very very good job right now. He is such a wonderful husband and has been the best provider/father/husband for so many years and has sacrificed so much of himself whenever needed. He truly deserves a great dream job and I just know God will bless him with one.

3.  My mom, bless her heart, called me and told me to come get some birthday money for Kate even though her bday isnt until next month, so she can go do some clothes shopping for back to school. That woman is so good to us and im eternally greatful that she was chosen to be mine!

4. That I bought 4 cases of water at the store the other day so I wont have to go again for another day or so. I know I know very silly but now that the kids are off sodas and drinking water we are tearing through a case a day and going to the store and lugging those things home gets old fast.

5.  While im on the subject the kids are off sodas completely and are drinking only water now!!!! This one should actually be my number one instead of number 5. And they got an appt with a nutritionist next month (thank you to their pediatrician for getting them in, I love her to pieces.)

Farmer Mel!!!!!

I SOOOOOOOO get the internet/DSi thing - B just got one for his bday!  It's all consuming!!!  In fact, he told Boxer at the beach that he gets in his own little world with his video games.  More than I would like, actually!

Crossing my fingers for Marty!  I hope he knows how much you appreciate him!  From a single girl's perspective, you have it all honey, and deserve it!

Girl, I would LOVE to know how much $ I spend in water!!!  LOL!!!  It all evens out, though, because pre-op, I was spending it on junk and fast food!

Tell your kids good job!!!  That's a tough addiction to break!

MUAH,

T
