Welcome Andy, 125 lbs on your own, that is amazing! Tuesday the 4th is right around the corner, if you weren't a little scared you wouldn't be normal! Believe me, this is the best gift that you can give yourself. I wish you  lots of luck. Enjoy this wonderful life changing journey. Keep us posted, and let us know how you are doing. Stay well, Leslie:)

Thanks everyone

I was doing 2 meal replacement shakes and dinner . The shakes i made myself, 16oz skim milk, 2 scoops soy (90%) Isolate protein and about  1/2 to 3/4 cup of frozen fruit. The reason I use soy powder over whey was that soy has a gritty taste and made me feel more full.
