A Lighter Look.. At a Heavy Subject

Has anyone read this book? I just got it from Amazon. I haven't had a chance to start it yet. I was just curious to see if anyone here has the book and what they thought of it.

I think Darla passed along my congrats on getting your date while I was at the beach, but if she didn't - CONGRATS!!!  October will be here before you know it, and you'll feel like a new girl by Christmas!! 

I haven't read this book, although I enjoy reading about wls.  There's another one, "Eating Well Before and After Weight Loss Surgery," by Susan Maria Leach, the founder of Bariatric Eating.  I read it the day after I came home from the hospital.  It was quite eye opening!!

Again, congrats!!  I'm so excited FOR you!!!
