Well, I was afraid after my brief foray into the land of bad food, that I wouldn't be able to get back on track, but I have.  I did keep eyeballing the gummies Mom had last night, though!!!  But I resisted!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee

L - Chinese buffet
      Baked flounder
      Garlic green beans
      Garlic mushrooms
      insides of two crab wontons

D - Chicken salad, sliced tomatoe

S - S/F egg custard snowball

S - Cantaloupe

All my fluids, all my vits!!

B - Cereal w/Skim milk

L - Warm Spinach salad w/ Scallops (restaurant)

S - Ka****rail Mix Bar

D - Frozen Protein Shake

I'm jealous!  I LOVE the baked flounder at the "Nu-Nu Restaurant!"

Yesterday:

B - Wasa cracker w/ cheese
L - 1/2 cup tuna salad (w/ onion yum!)
S - 1/2 cup Fisher's popcorn
D - 1/2 cup spaghetti w/ meat sauce
S - Celery stalks w/ jalapeno cheese

Yeah, but they don't seem to repleni**** as quickly as the fried stuff.  :(

Whenever we've been there it seemed like I was the only person who was eating it LOL  And now with my itty bitty pouchie just two of those squares would fill me up!  I'd of course have to have a few green beans if I had any room left!  LOVE those too!

D- Cheeseburger w/ 1 slice of all grain bread

Trying to get back to the basics to get this last 30 punds off!!

Hi Danielle!!!

You can do it!!!  Your window should still be slightly "open," making it (hopefully), a little easier for the weight to come if you can stick to the basics!

Doing good...the PMS monster still has ahold of me!

S - watermelon

L - Moroccan chicken and couscous
      2 Goetze's caramel creams

S - protein bar
      blueberry muffin

D - chili

S - piece blueberry pie (lowfat & made w/splenda)

80 oz. fluids, 105g protein, all my vits
