Well, I was afraid after my brief foray into the land of bad food, that I wouldn't be able to get back on track, but I have. I did keep eyeballing the gummies Mom had last night, though!!! But I resisted!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
L - Chinese buffet
Baked flounder
Garlic green beans
Garlic mushrooms
insides of two crab wontons
D - Chicken salad, sliced tomatoe
S - S/F egg custard snowball
S - Cantaloupe
All my fluids, all my vits!!

S - piece blueberry pie (lowfat & made w/splenda)
80 oz. fluids, 105g protein, all my vits
