Ycuky whimpy Tuesday

Howdy all:

If you notice my title says its a Yucky, whimpy Tuesday.  Meaning only that I feel like dog crap, and its Tuesday.  Nasuea, sleepy and headache.

I am at a standstill with the wls.  I got my letter of denial from insurance and the Drs office will not assist with the appeal.


I am going ahead with the appeal any way.  What is the worst that will happen?  It will be denied again.


As soon as I feel better later today I will begin working on it .

Thank you , i will be appealing the decission.  Yes I knew it was a listed exclussion on my health insurnance policy, how ever I do feel if i appeal
the decission I may just get what I need.

In the mean time I am doing what I can to get the weight down and keep everything else undercontrol.

what is the doctor's rationale for not assisting with the appeal?

Thanks for the warm well wishes. I think my sugar is screwed up. 

The drs rationale is that the do not appeal small businesses. 

But that is ok, I have the assistance of California Insurance Commission. 

Of course there is no gaurentee they can do any thing but they are offering to look at the case anyway.

If there was no chance with an appeal then why would the insurance company have an appeals process?

I will be calling on anyone that has any help to offer to get this through.  My health is deteriorating and with out the surgery it a death sentence with out commiting a crime.

oh messed up BS can wreck havoc with feelings, personaltiy, behavior and common sense.  I hope you get that straightened out.

It's anything but a wimpy day when you have the "fight it" attitude I've seen you exhibit since all of this started.

If you need any help, please let us know.  Also, don't forget that there are other resources out there that may be able to help you with letters, etc. - your PCP, therapist (if you see one), etc.

Thanks I just feel like dog crap today. Still working but want to be home in bed.  I will let every one know when I need help. I know that it is there.  


I am sending everything to California Insurance Commission to see what if anything they can do.

I am so sorry you are feeling bad.  ((((((((hugs))))))))   I hope and pray you get to feeling better soon.  One thing I know for sure is that you are a fighter and you will do your very best.  You take care and know that we are all here for you.

Thanks and I am feeling a bit better.  Think when i get home i may eat something light and go off to bed.  I have the California Comission on Insurance taking a look at the case.  We will see what happens.
