Thanks Candy. Its hard finding any type of job nowadays. Marty works for the state and has been for about a billion years. He has been on the list forever for this job, so they just called him when the position opened up.

You have a good question. Marty actually is hearing impaired in 1 ear. He really does not tell them unless they ask. Of course the state knows this because of his DOT physicals and he divulged the information years and years ago. He has gone to interviews though feeling like if he told them he was hearing impaired they would hold it against him and so usually doesnt give them this information. He hears fine out of the other ear and the only time its an issue for us is if im on the bad side and talking low, then he has to tell me to speak up. Or when he sleeps on the good side and cant hear me yelling at him to stop snoring. lol.
