WELL,,, as far as supplies, uhhhh, found a protein shake, still trying to decide on liquid vitamin and calcium, anyone have suggestions?

I took liquid centrum  and tropical oasis calcium in liquid.. You can look the tropical oasis up on line. 

Yeah time flies it seems im a week away from surgery, well 6 days actually.When I was 3 weeks away it seemed like forever. Now its 6 days away and it just seems to be flying by.Im scared yes, but want to get this over with.
