Good morning!  Well, much to my delight, my weight stayed the same, so I was able to maintain my 10 pound loss!!  I'm well back on track today, and hope to continue my downward trend!!!

Friday -

B - Protein coffee
      Asiago cheese bagel w/light cream cheese

L - Tuna salad, cheese cubes

D - Soft crab sandwich - the bread lasted for two bites (too fresh!), and then I peeled it away and ate just the crab!  YUMMO!!!

S - Cantaloupe and watermelon - We stopped at a produce stand on the way to the beach and stocked up! 

S - 4 coconut shrimp, 1 Bud Lite with lime

As always, all my fluids, all my vits!!

Yes, I had a blast!!!  I HATED, however, that that 'rita cost a whopping $17.75 and I could only drink half!!  I probably COULD'VE done more, but I'd eaten and didn't want to !!!  lol!!!

I drank about a glass of vodka Saturday night. Was surprised I didn't even have a hangover Sunday morning.

I NEVER get a hangover, no matter how much I drink!  In fact, I was up bright and early, stone cold sober at 6 a.m. the next morning!!!!

I did find, however, that the beer or two I had didn't affect me at all like the liquor!!!

I'm the opposite. 2 beers and I'm usually giggly. 5 drinks Satruday night and NOTHING!

WOOHOO...congrats on maintaining!  I was dreading stepping on the scale myself since the chocolate monster has ahold of me - PMS!  Much to my surprise, despite the requisite bloating, I'm only up 1 lb!  WOOHOO!!

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake

L - ritz crackers
      chocolate

D - Moroccan chicken w/whole wheat couscous

80 oz. fluids, 72 oz. protein, all my vits!
