Good Morning Maryland and surrounding areas.


its' muggy
it's raining in Owings Mills...

How about those storms last night.

My food is so far off I don't even want to talk about...  
my exercise is worse
at least fluids fiber and vits are good...


today is breakfast with my younger son
then we are supposed to go to a Bowie Baysox game with older son and his friend
girl child had an overnight out of town with a girlfriend and her family

so what's up on your agenda this summer day?

I am hoping the rains holds off long enough for an impromptu kayak outing with some friends. I don't get to do this as often as I would like and I really want to do this.

Looks like you keep the same hrs as I,

Anyhoo,
 Got up, cleaned a motor case, went to work on car it was raining, ate breakfast, rain stopped fixed fascia on car, went grocery shopping, stopped by your neighborhood, (vitamin shop), went to autoparts store and picked up supplies to finish the ac on Suburban. Home now for good, a lot of stuff to do here at home.
