Steamy Saturday ~ The Daily Check In

Good Morning Maryland and surrounding areas...

going to be a hot one today.. plan cool things..

dogs got me up at 6:30 which is sad since I didn't get to bed till after 1.

today is dog training class
then gaming before dinner
then dinner with friends
then more gaming

so I won't be around much... much like the rest of the busy board.   Most of us tend to connect while at work.  

our food of course is of the last supper ilk but interestingly enough we are very aware of how we would change what we will eat differently after surgery...

well time to get to my other boards....  but you guys are near and dear to my heart and like to start the day with you.
