TGIF FEED BAG
Morning all...had a great day with Tia and Mom yesterday!
Yesterday:
B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
S - a couple of pieces of Wockenfuss Chocolate candies
L - crab quesadilla's at Fish Tales in OC
S - coconut cupcake from Smith Island Cakes (very underwhelming, by the way)
S - pretzels
D - beef stew
LNS - watermelon
90 oz. fluids, 80+g protein, and much too much sugar, and most of my vits!
Yesterday:

I just LOVE those two women!!!! Glad you had a great time at OC.
B- bowl of oatmeal, 12 oz coffee
S- small banana
L- 1 cup of spaghetti & 2 homemade meatballs
S- slice of cheese and a 2 pieces of ham
D- bowl of cream of wheat (just didn't feel like eating and my mother in law forced me to eat some cream of wheat.)
All my vitmains and 96 oz of fluids
I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
