FRIDAY EVE FEED BAG
Since I was off-site yesterday -
B - Cinnamon Raisin mini-bagel with low fat cream cheese
L - 1/2 of a mushroom swiss bacon burger sans bread, and two stalks of fries
D - 1/4 pound of shrimp
Dess- NSA Banana Split Ice Cream
4 coffees, 1 diet coke watered down, 1 Sobe Lifewater Acai FruitPunch, and 32 ounces SF fruit punch.
None of my vitamins - forgot them
None of my meds - no wonder I was so hyper LOL
