Yesterday was a rough day for me. I was feeling good and I rarely had much to eat.


What did you eat?

Yesterday:

B- 1 boiled egg  12 oz coffee

S- 1 slice of hhoney ham & 1 slice of american cheese

L- 3/4 cup of chicken soup

S- 1 cup of Anise & Mint leaf tea

D- No dinner my tummy hurt too much. I  just drank chamomile tea throughout the entire evening.

100 oz of fluids all my vitamins

NEXT!

Yesterday I ate:

B- Greek Yogurt w/ splenda & blueberries
     Hazelnut coffee w/ skim milk & splenda

S- 1 slice Ham wrapped Colby cheese

L- 1 slice of white pizza (dangit!... and I had my lunch at work that I should have eaten instead)

D- Clams casino & filet mignon and wine  (mom took us out for dinner after her vacation)


What did you have to eat?

You did good regardless. There was protein on that slice of pizza!

Thanks Cira. I try so hard to be good but I am WEAK!  I am trying not to do any breads/pasta/grains. 

As long as my scale doesn't rebel, I'm happy though.

Whole grains are god for you!
You know we are human and we are entitled to have a treat every once in a while.

So sorry you're still not feeling well!!

Yesterday:

B - quiche lorraine

S - fresh fruit

L - quinoa salad w/pork

S - protein bar

D - italian sausage stew

LNS - blueberries

92 oz. fluids, 80g protein, all my vits.

Hi Nicole,

It's a Joy of Cooking recipe that I've altered a tad...

Preheat oven to 375.

Beat together the following:

2 c. milk or cream (I use skim milk)
3 eggs
1/4 t salt
1/8 t. black pepper
pinch of grated or ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon chives (I use 1/2 c. diced onion)
1/2 c. diced swiss cheese
4 oz. cooked and diced bacon (I use real bacon bits)

Pour into an unprepared pie crust and bake 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.  You can obviously do this crustless as well!

It makes 8 servings, so it lasts me a while since I'm the only one that eats it, so I freeze half each time.

Honey, have you called DVR about your tummy pain just to rule out any possible complications?

Yesterday:
B - 1 scrambled egg
L - 2 chicken nuggets
S - 1 Wasa cracker w/ goat cheese, 2 strawberries
D - Mashed pintos w/ salsa, cheese and sour cream
S - Small piece of watermelon
