Nessa she has BC & BS Federal and Medicare. They told us she has been there for 20 days and Medicare stops paying if she is not making progress. She cant walk and she is so confused. On top of the stroke she has had Pneumonia as well. Now she is itching her female region like crazy. I told them she must have an infection. I am concerned since when she had the stroke she fell backwards and landed on her back.They said they did xrays but we don't have the results yet. She can hardly hold her head up and if we sit her in the chair she slips down. They have her on seizure meds and once she takes that she is out of it. They say stroke patients need to be on them so they don't get epilepsy. They told us she can go to a long term rehab but we don't know if the insurance will pay. This is a very hard time and I do appreciate all prayers and thoughts. Thanks so much..Julie

Julie, I hope and pray that your Mom can walk again too. I hope you get to do what is best for your Mom. I know this has to be so hard on you. You remember to take care of yourself to so you can be in the best health to care for your Mom.
