Dad passed away yesterday

Jen I am very sorry for your loss.  I feel certain the cup incident was your father.  I've heard that the early hours of the morning are when most people report "contact" with a departed loved one.  I've had many experiences myself.  Don't be surprised if you awaken the same time every morning for awhile.  Take comfort in those experiences.
