Angie I still have yet to see a shooting star.  That is a wonderful story and I bet that was your dad too.

I am so sorry you had to lose your father in such a painful way. There are no words to express the sadness you must feel. I wish you all the luck in the world during this hard time.

Thanks, Nicole.  It''s a blessing that he is at peace.  The hard part is over.  Or maybe there will be more hard parts for me as the years go on, I'm sure.

You've got that right Jen.  The hard part for HIM is over.  For the rest of you, it will take a while, but you know that already.  Please let me know if you need to talk, cry, laugh uncontrollably, etc.  I'm glad you've got Jim with you. Let him help.

hugs,
Angie

Jen:

Words can never express the thoughts at a time like this.  Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Thanks Lisa.  It's nice to come online to get a break from things.  I'm very happy for Dad that he is at peace now.  Our family is not sad about that, only that he had to suffer so long with his illness before he departed.

Hi Jennier,

I am so very sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you.  I do believe your Dad visited you that day.
Take care

May there be peace and tranquility in the knowledge that he no longer suffers.
