Morning all.
Thank you to Cira for doing this post for me yesterday as I was enroute to Newport News for a meeting.
So, what's everyone eating. Yesterday was an odd day since I was on the road driving for about 9 hours.
Yesterday:
B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
S - mixed fresh fruit
mini caramel corn rice cakes
L - protein bar
S - mini caramel corn rice cakes
D - beef stew
LNS - skim milk w/splenda
92 oz. fluids, 106g protein, all my vits.

L- mashed potatoe, 4 oz steak & broccoli
D- chicken leg, brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes
S- banana 2 oatmeal raisin cookies
96 oz of fluids and all my vitamins.
