Thank you for the comment on my name--I love it, and don't get to use it enough.

I don't know about how that bullet would be in a sno-cone. Maybe the ice would lessen the ick. I know the water does.

When I started this journey, I realized that for some part of the time there would be a big experimental piece to it. I figure I can afford to buy one of anything--try it, and then decide if I want more.

Maybe, in reality, that's a plan for my whole new way of being? ;)

I liked the Nectar and then Unjury Chicken Soup best before surgery...  By the time I got out of the pureed stage of foods I moved on past the shakes... Almost all of my food intake now is cheese or meat and I am getting 65+ grams of protein a day so I have not used the shakes.

In fact I gave away the last of the 5 tubs I bought preop today!

That said, I got a supply of vitamins in the mail yesterday from Bariatric Fusion and I ordered a few samples from them...  I bought the Strawberry Shortcake, Cinnamon Bun and Unflavored...  I will try one tonight and let you know what I think of them...
