I have the first two I got when we were at the beach but i've not started them yet.  I'm saving them for after surgery!

Darla, My Mom's Doc reccomended Bachs rescue sleep aid for her a while back. It is all natural, no hangover or sedation. It can be purchased at health food stores as well as Whole foods. It is in a spray bottle and is around $20.00 a couple sprays in your mouth is all that is needed. It worked well for her for about 1 year. If you google Bachs Rescue sleep aid you can read the info on the product. Good luck..

Simply Sleep. It's Tylenol PM w/o the Tylenol.

And btw... all that it is is Benedryl. :)

Melatonin is the best thing to take and you won't get hooked on it and it will not cause ulcers.

I had no suggestions because I use a non-addictive prescription but wanted to say I'm glad you got a good night's rest last night. :)

I have allergies so keep benadryl at home and used that a few times. I think I am going to see my PCP and get a prescription for something.
