O/T: over the counter sleepaids

Anyone know what I can get to help me sleep?  Don't want to take anything that might
cause stomach ulcers!

can you take TYlenol PM?

Tried that and It didn't help but maybe after three nights with little or no sleep it will work tonight!

my biggest concern for after surgery is that tylenol won't touch my pain....


can you take melatonin?  it's i n the supplement section... it's a natural sleep aid...

I always use Tylenol PM, but I see that doesn't help you much.  There's always NYQUIL.  That stuff always makes me sleep.

I have some Nyquil gelcaps at home  I'll try that tonight  thanks Lisa

FWIW the liquid works much better for me than the gel caps.  and Walmart makes a store brand that works just fine.
