Good mornign Maryland!

How did you all do over the weekend? I had a bit of a challenging weekend with the carb monster but I promised to lock him up for a good while.  lol


Yesterday:

B- 1 slice of wheat bread 2 thin slices of ham 1 slice of cheese  12 oz. Coffee

S- 1 small banana

L- 1/4 cup cheese & broccoli noodles with 5 fish sticks

D-  4oz steak 1/4 mashed potates & sauteed Zucchini

S- un ending Kettle corn... I promise to not touch it for another 2 months.

98 oz of fluids and all my vitamons

i love kettle corn. yum! yesterday i ate badly, feeling sorry for myself. but i am back on track today so i'll tell you what i'm eating

protein shake w/ milk and strawberries
4 mini Shelly bites w/ ground beef, egg, spinach, feta and italian cheeses

curry chicken w/ tomato puree and yogurt sauce
apple w/ pb

not sure tonight i might make some eggs w/ scallions, mushrooms and cheese

trying to get my liquids in. we will see how that goes

Nic,

I am addicted to kettle corn.. Especially the one they make right in front of you on that huge kettle.  I need to forget those people come every weekend to the area.  lol I need to have amnesia or something.  lol

I am sorry you had a rough day yesterday. I am glad you are back on track today. Sounds like a good eating day for you.  Did you try the listening to good music yesterday and moving to it?

i didnt actually. i just didn't feel it. but i went and got some movies to watch. i had a txt fight w/ my ex yesterday too. i posted it on my blog. can you tell me what you think?

Dang Nic, those eggs sound yummy!  Next time I'm at the store I'll have to pic up some scallions!!!

it really adds alot of flavor to your eggs. i also put some salsa on it. yum!

I too have an issue with carbs....its my biggest thing right now but the scale still moved 11.9 pounds in one week so I am happy! Phew!!!

My Sunday:

Before Breakfast~ Blueberry coffee with protein

Breakfast~ 2 small pancakes with sugar free syrup this time instead of jelly and one small egg scrambled with cheese in it. YUMMM

Snack~ handful of red seedless grapes and a fudgesicle

Lunch~ Grilled Cheese Sandwhich and tom soup

Dinner~ Fish (30 g protein) and corn with small amount of rice

Snack~ fudgesicle

91 oz of liquid NOT including the fudgesicles :o) I think I did okay except for the CARBS! Ughh! I did hit the trail though to try my best to burn them off. My pouch is tolerating more now which SCARES ME!!! Have a great day everyone. ;o)

Thanks honey. I had to force myself to run 5 miles after eating pancakes and then I heard it was okay! LOL I was all kinds of panicked LOL
