Going to get this started for ya this morning Darla so I can get it down before I go to the ship.  Hope you don't mind!!!

Today I'm grateful...

1.  That things came together yesterday on the ship so I should be done testing by noon today and on my way home for the weekend - back down here for the day Monday for our Outbrief.

2.  That it didn't rain yesterday.  I have a 15-20 min walk to and from the ship to parking and did not have an umbrella!  Hope the same rings true for today.

3.  It's FRIDAY and I don't have to work this weekend!  WOOHOO!!!

4.  That it's one day closer to Tia being back on the boards!!

Have a great day and weekend all!

Good Morning Heather & Darla

Today, I'm grateful for...

1.  A fun evening out last night with good friends

2.  No hangover today even though I feel like I "earned" one.

3.  Cooking at home last night.

I am going to start doing this more often.  We need to put our funds elsewhere and going out to a restaurant every night needs to cease.  I'm thinking once during the week, and once on the weekends.  This means extra planning on my part and rerouting my mind to not think that if its in the fridge that it's a leftover.  I enjoy cooking on the weekends, but by Thursday, whatever I have cooked for the week... just feels like leftovers even if I haven't even had any yet.  Here's to a 'better' way of thinking and a better state of mind!  If I can do this for 2 weeks... I will be able to have a handle on it.  Good luck to ME!

1.  That is Friday and I get to work from home.

2.  Going camping (in a RV of course) with my love this weekend.  With just the baby and no big girls...so piece and quiet.

3.  Starting to find my "old" mind set with my family members which means the "nice" me and the not so grumpy one.  Feels good.

Hope everyone has a GREAT weekend.

Yeah, 12 days to go before Tia gets back on the boards.  It was so nice of her to stop in yesterday!

1.  My dear friends on OH - my days at work wouldn't be so fun if it wasn't for them.

2.  I'm wearing a loud brown Hawaiian shirt for JC Penneys Hawaiian Shirt Fridays - I bought the shirt for 3 bucks and some change.

3.  Though I work this weekend, tonight included, I'm glad it's Friday period.

Have a great day and weekend everyone!

Good Morning Everyone,

Heather - I do hope you manage to stay dry. Our best chance for rain is later in the day today.

Darla - I am sorry you are feeling so bad. Hopefully, you will turn a corner soon.

Ren - Glad you are not hung over - LOL. Good luck with the cooking plan.

Today, I am grateful for ....

1 - My cousin who thought of me as he and his wife are cleaning out their house (They are downsizing as part of an upcoming move to FL.). I was offered a cookbook that belonged to my Dad's Mother that has her personal notations and recipes tucked in the back. It was printed in 1936! They also gave me her rocking chair. I remember this chair from my childhood. Yes, I know I need to be decluttering myself. But this stuff means so much to me. I love it.

2 - For a kick butt workout last night in the pool! OMG - the trainer kicked our butts!

3 - I forgot one yesterday - My Aunt in Oklahoma came through her heart bypass surgery successfully on Wednesday.

Have a super weekend everyone!

Debbie how cool is that about your mom's cookbook and chair!  I love cookbooks and i have many of my mothers... they mean the world to me.  I have some of her handwritten stuff too....
