It's FRIDAY!
Good MORNING Maryland....

and how are we this humid Muggy July Morning.

NOW it feels like Summer in B-MORE!

yesterday was a food PORN day for me.   2 meals out.  one not bad one HORRIDLY delicious and a lot of food... two ginormous desserts yesterday... (one shared with my BFF)

i now have neon pink nails and toes!

No teen boys again last night... so a restful night even though i was not home till after 8!

I got to talk to Ren yesterday... love that girl!

at 11:30 we woke girl child (she sleeps A LOT  for a teen) and read her the riot act about doing her chores....

Found out that we are being invited to my BFF's daughters wedding in January in Dallas.  OMG we will both be over  4 months out... brian will need a new suit.  I have no clue what size I'll be I might have a dress that would fit... We will have to fly... OMG this could be so cool for us...  I never thought we would be invited...  we thought the girl would have a small wedding more in keeping with her tomboyish ways... but at 29 she wants to be  a BRIDE so it's a full wedding. I can't not go... I dressed this girl for her 5th grade dance and did her hair for her 8th grade dance. I'm the 'other mother'.  I'm tearing up just thinking of her being all 'growed up'.

her mom and I have been friends for 20 years this coming October...  (hard to do when you are only 18 right?   I mean that's how old I feel in my head)

anyway... on to today:

1. got to work at 6:30  (yay)
2. plan to leave about noon  (double yay)
friend stopping by about 3 that i have not seen in YEARS....
tonite... kick back do nothing

weekend (even though I'll update many don't so:)
Saturday:
dog training in the AM
gaming from 2 pm till I get home
hubby is racing

sunday
hopefully i'll see my oldest.  the disabled one.  maybe i'll go watch him play softball
then to the dog beach I hope.

Good Morning Nessa

My Friday didn't start off as good.....................I think my neighbor is trying to poison my dogs or make them very sick. Sometime when my pups are outside barking he yells across the way Shut the hell up and for a while I could not figure out who it was. Then he appeared at the door while saying it, when he saw my husband and I....he scuried away.

Well someone has been throwing stuff in our yard since last summer. Not everynight but every couple weeks. Last month my husband said it looked like moldy steak bones, Well this looks like month old milk. It smells nasty and looks nasty. A few times my gate has been left wide open. Luckily I am the most paranoid Pup mommy and always check before I let them outside

I want to catch this SOB so bad. I told my husband to be a man and go knock on his door and he said but we dont know if it is him. Who else could be doing this, if it were teenager's acting crazy, it would be all my neighbors yards.

These people dont know what I would do if they hurt my pups......Like Kathy Griffin....I'll cut a *****LOL

But it is clean and my pups are safe

But I am glad it is Friday

Getting a new set of acrylic nails and a pedi tonight....I need some relaxation, It has been a stressful couple weeks in my world and glad some chapters are finally closed.

Pup events all weekend and hopefully I will get our foster adopted or someone will put an application in for him

Have a wonderful day...............sorry so long.....LOL

I always worried about my neighbor posioning our dogs too!  I never leave them out withou****ching them.  I'm a very paranoid pup mom.

can you put up a webcam or something?

enjoy the mani/pedi.     good luck with the foster   (i can't foster, i'd be a foster failure and end up adopting)  I did see a 9 month old  brown newf girl available but we are not ready for a new baby just yet...

have a great day  glad you are feeling a touch better...

My night was great! I had a lot of fun. Maybe more than I should have. Damned cosmos taste too good!  Danced a bit, and just had a good time in general.

Weekend I think will be mostly tame. I'm hoping to get the basement cleaned out so we can start making the space usable other than for storage and laundry.  Also hoping to plan some meals for the week and get them cooked for the week. Most of my dinner issues are not wanting to spend a lot of time in the kitchen in the evenings but then there is the the issue of not wanting to eat leftover food.  Danged... I think I subscribed to my own issues! LoL!

I hope everyone has a stressfree day!

Good morning.  love the picture

can you cook on the weekends and freeze it in single serving sizes so that it's more like a frozen dinner?

Nessa - Very exciting about the wedding. You might want to consider second hand or rental clothing for the wedding. You will be changing sizes so quickly at 4 months out, it would be a shame to spend the money for one event. There was a consignment shop that specialized in larger sizes. I do not know if they are still in operation. They used to only be open on the weekends - Curve Appeal, 8258 Veterans Hwy, #2, Millersville, MD 410-987-1623. I also had found a site online http://www.transitionalsizes.com/ that is very interesting. When I had emailed this business, they called me right back. They even arrange in home clothes trying parties for those dieting - very cool. It looks like they are going to be starting a men's line sometime soon.

Kelly - That is awful about your neighbor!!!!! Besides being evil, it is a very cowardly thing to do. If they have a problem they should have the courage to speak to you face to face.

Oh Debbie you are a WEALTH of info....

for me I t hink i'll have a dress I got it when I was @200 and have not worn it... i doubt i'll be more than 60 down at under 4 months... I'm a lightweight after all...

Brian.. we might be able to borrow a suit from someone...  I also will have to check with the BFF to see JUST how dressy this thing is... if bri can go with slacks and a jacket we might do that...

but i will remember that site and put it on my links page on my blog!  thanks so much

here's hoping you have a GREAT weekend.
