Morning all...whatcha eatin' y'all?

Yesterday:

B - quiche lorraine
L - 4 chunks chicken from the icky chicken salad from Walmart (mostly mayo  )
      protein bar

D - Wendy's Chili
       2 mini twix bars

56 oz. fluids (no bathrooms on the ship), 64g protein, all my vits

Happy Friday!!

Yesterday I had:

B- Egg White Flat Bread sammie from Dunkin Donuts - MINUS 75% of the bread
S- SF Lemon Ginger Custard
L- 1/4 Chicken Parm sub minus half of the bread
S- Gerber Strawberry & banana cereal bar
D- Steak Fajita

Ren, where did you get the custard?  I love custards!

Breakfast - coffee

Lunch - pack of ****tail pepperoni

Dinner - one chicken thigh and some of the greek easy peasy quiche (yummo!)

Dessert - NSA Rocky Road ice cream

72 ounces of fluids, most of my vitamins.

OY... Was i wrong or what?  Not SF and although it is called Cozy Shack Lemon Ginger Pudding... it definitely has a custard-like consistancy.  It is very yummy.

The sugar in it has not bothered me.  Maybe only eat half?  It has 100 calories 17 g carbs 14 g sugar and 3g protein.

Take some SugarFree Jelly and melt in the microwave until the consistancy of syrup. Drizzle on a dessert plate and then empty this pudding onto the plate. Top with some fresh raspberries or strawberries and you could serve this to company for dessert!

B- Ham & cheese on a slice of wheat bread  12 oz coffee

L- 2 tablespoons of Mac & cheese with a small rib

D- 1 cup Northern bean soup

S- 4 slices of peaches (can)

ROFLMBO!!!!   I had a lot of last day meals when I was approved.  I had them everyday for an entire month!   Enjoy!

I would eat my salads and so but i lost something on my trip to tennesse or back from it i should say that keeps me from eating ,,uh yup you guessed it my bottom plate
