FRIDAY EVE FEED BAG
Yesterday:
B- Cream of wheat and 12 oz coffee
S- slice of cheese wrapped up with a slice of ham
L- Rib, mashed potatoes and corn
D- Homemade vegetable beef soup
S- peaches from the can, a handfull of kettle corn
All my water and all my vitamins

Yesterday:
B - 1/2 cup chicken salad
L - 1/2 the meat from an Arby's regular roast beef, no bun (not such a waste since it was FREE food Wednesday there and the dog got the other half of the meat!) and the diet blackberry tea made w/ Splenda was really good!
D - cup of homemade chicken soup
S - 1/2 cup taco slop

Mine was a little weird, too, since I worked until 7:30 last night. Thank goodness I always keep stuff in work!

Greek yogurt
L - Banana with pb
D - Protein bar
S - Nothing - I "thought" I was still hungry when I got home, but I made myself a cup of hot tea and voila, no more hunger, so I actually was probably just thirsty! I'm glad I had the tea first before eating something!
