I'm not sure, if you mapquest it from your house to there that will give you the estimated time but mapquest is usually off some so figure a few minutes less.

I am not sure how far Fredrick is but I know I can make it to Westminister in about 40 or 45 minutes. I would guess if its not bad traffic maybe 1 hour.
