FOR FEMALES ONLY!!!

I LITERALLY HATE GRAVITYY!  I do not know what I am going to do, I probably still have 45lbs more to lose  and I am already so uncomfortable. Does anyone think it is normal that my boobs hang almost to my belly button! And my stomach will soon be hitting my knees when I walk. I am so angry with myself for abusing my body the way I did! I can't believe I allowed myself to get Diabetes, severe obstructed S.A. and still didn't think twice about eating the way I was eating. The hanging skin is really painful, for my back. I already have D.D.D. arthritis in my spine, and sciatica, so the skin issue is becoming a Pain in the ass, not to mention my back!  Sorry, I needed to vent, and I feel better now. I do want everyone to know that I am so grateful to my family for making sure I was able to get the WLS of my choice, and I do LOVE MY SLEEVE,.so 2009's Official ***** FEST is now officially over! Thanks, Leslie:)

Wait!!!  Is there still time for me to get in on this???  LOL!!

Look, Leslie, at least pat yourself on the back for having made the decision to have wls.  Those of us who have been there know what an extremely tough decision it can be.

I get what you're saying, because I get so pissed at myself, too, but what's done is done, and you're forging ahead and that's what you need to focus on.

As far as the pain and skin irritations, make SURE you see a doctor and have each and every thing documented.  If said issues are deemed medically necessary, plastics might not be such a hassle for you.  But just like with wls, it's best to have all your i's dotted and t's crossed from the beginning.

Take pictures, make notes, call doctors - but document, document, document!!!

And, of course, come here to *****whine/vent any time!!!

Hugs,

Tia

Leslie, I am so sorry to hear that you are in pain. I am sorry about the skin problem. I hear this is very common. Dont beat yourself up for the past just move on and know you did the right thing by having surgery. Take care of yourself and know that you did a great job on your weight loss.

Thanks Tia and Julie, Don't worry Tia it has all been documented, and I have been through so many cremes, until someone on the VSG board told me to purchase jock itch spray or creme. Believe it or not,it works great! It burns like hell at first, but then you are good to go! I have been ok, (as far as the rash)I haven't had another one, even in all this heat. Now for the pain, if you and Julie would walk by my side and take turns holding my excess skin, I would be forever grateful! LOL, Leslie:)

I can totally relate with the sagging skin. I hate it everytime I look at myself. But the best thing I ever did was to have surgery and be healthier for the sake of my family.

You can ***** anytime you like girl.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

Thanks Cira,  I always hated the hanging skin, but today has been a bad xtra skin day. I am in a lot of pain, and just walking is a chore. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day, and my mood will adjust accordingly. I saw your pics, you look beautiful!  Stay Well, Leslie
