No directives on caffeine, but I limit mine to a cup or two of iced tea a day just because too much caffeine gets my heart racing LOL.

*perk* Diet blackberry tea????  YUM!!!

I get the Saval brand of roast beast from Mars - tastes just like Arby's.  A little swiss, a little horseradish, all rolled up!!  YUM!!!!

I love the filet o fish sandwiches!  I'll get one occasionally and peel off the bread and eat them that way.

For some reason, I'm just not a regular fish person.  I rarely prepare fish for dinner, but if I do, I do the shake and bake style and throw them in the oven.

I have yet to find a fish that I'd enjoy eating for dinner, other than those prepackaged jobs like Gortons or fast food like Long John Silvers and McDonalds fish.

I don't like fish a lot either but we get Tilapia at Costco and I found a mix for the shake and bake at Outdoor World that's spicy. I just do the egwash and the breadcrumb mix and either bake or lightly fry.

One of my favorite 'comfort' dinners is/used to be frozen battered fish filets, with a bit of ketchup on top of course, and mac & cheese. YUM.

And i"m how old? LOL

Ok, now you just ruined it....... LOL.

The ONLY time I can eat peas is in tuna squish casserole.  It really disturbs me the way they go POP in my mouth...
