I am waiting for a chicken breast to finish cooking for chicken salad...what else? I am a little late as I was preheating the oven when 20 minutes later I realized I never put it in  .....DUH!

*wiping drool off the keyboard at the mention of Gail's chicken salad*

OMG Jads! Is that the place out in Middle River? We used to go there all the time when we first got married. I loved their fish and chips.

Yep, that's it!!  ALL of their food is awesome!!!!  Where'd you live that you went there all the time?

Yep, that is the place! I love their chicken strips and I put 2 of them over a salad.  Their stuffed orange roughy is good, as is their baltimore tortellini which of course I'm not supposed to have. I'm glad the last one is a special. They also have awesome burgers and delmonico steaks.

I have been going there for years and have never had a bad meal.

I had a buffalo chicken dip with jalapeno bagel pieces. mmmmm

Now im the one drooling.  We used to live right outside of Essex, not too far from Eastpoint Mall. We first started going there when they opened their first place on Eastern Ave in Essex and then they closed that one and moved to Middle River, not too far from where Marty's dad used to live in Chase? OMG the food we consumed in that place...the hot dinner rolls and fish. I'd bet we spent a good part of our salaries there the first few years we were married. Its probably been 15 years since we ate there.

Where on Eastern Avenue?  It used to be further down on Back River Neck Road (where Shea's is now), and there WAS one on Eastern Avenue, where the Rite Aid is now, at the corner of Eastern as it turns into Carroll Island.

NOW, it's about a block past Pizza John's on the left of Back River Neck Road.

Oh heavens youve lost me on all those. You have to remember its been 15 years since Ive been in that area. Im sure a lot has changed. If im not mistaken it was closer to where Taco Bell was/is across the street. Before you get to Marlyn Ave.  Girl I might just take you up on that one day! Im telling you I would love to go there again.
