Good morning!!  My good eating continues (although I keep having to uncross my fingers to type)!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt

S - Cocoa almonds

L - Greek chicken salad

S - Banana

D - Crab cake
       Sauteed squash

S - Baked ricotta, whippage and berries

All my fluids, all my vits!!

B - 1/2 cup chicken salad

L - 1/2 cup (I'm eating out of the measuring cup!!!) filled with taco meat, chili beans, cheese and sour cream

D - PF Chang's - cup egg drop soup, 1/2 chicken lettuce wrap, 2 bites of Mongolian beef, 2 lo mein noodles...Kylie loved using her beginner chop sticks!!!

S - 3 mini Wegman's chocolate chip cookies...DAMN that husband of mine!  So now the cookies are put away out of sight and I'm sure tonight he'll finish them off!  OINK!

I was wondering how she did with her chopsticks!!!! 

I'm jonesing for some chicken lettuce wraps - I did some last week with fake taco meat, but it wasn't the same!

Tell him to keep the cookies in the truck!!!!

She did great except for knocking over the ramekin of chili sauce!  I told Floyd that next time we cannot order the lettuce wraps because I just get filled up too fast (lol on HALF a lettuce wrap!) and I can barely touch the actual meal!  You know, a taco lettuce wrap is a great idea!  A lettuce cup instead of the taco shell!  I can control myself with the cookies (they were just mini size maybe 2" dia.) and actually they really were NOT all that great.  Kind of dry and they were like a soft baked cookie. Seriously though, I bet he polishes them off tonight!  He ate half a container last night and THEN had 1/4 of a watermelon.  I swear to God he sounded like a pig at a trough eating the melon!!!!  UGH!  And this was not long after getting home from Chang's where he had soup, 2 very full lettuce wraps, all but the 2 pieces of Mongolian beef that I ate, and a little bit of lo mein. He has to have a leak because no banded person with a decent fill level can possibly eat all of that!  He said that next year when he has built up his vacation then he will talk to Schweitzer about seeing what's up with his band and hopefully revising to a sleeve.  I don't think he's going to hack it though, the boy loves to eat!

I know, I was sad for him the other night - I hadn't seen him in a while!

Well, what can you do?  You know as well as I that he has to WANT it badly to maintain it!!

I loved food, too, and look at me.  Sigh.

B- Blueberry Whole Wheat Pancakes 2/ SF Syrup
     1/2 Sausage link
     DD Coffee w/O cream

S- 1/2 banana

L- Taco Bell Pintos & Cheese
     1/2 chicken salad sandwich w/o bread

S- mixed fresh fruit

S- pack of peanut butter & jelly flavored crackers

D-
      1/4 c. salad
      1/2 c. chili
      couple of bites of orange roughy


(It only took me an hour to finally get all of this posted... they are actually keeping me busy at work! Yay Me!)
