What is with the new profile pic - it looks like you have a mustache and its scaring me.
Now, nothing against women with mustache's of course (don't want to offend anyone here - seems like everyone is having their TOM right now and don't want to **** you gals off....)

LOVE  my sleeve!  Wish I had known about VSG before I was banded.  It has every benefit of the band without all the negatives!  No fills/unfills, etc.  And honestly, I feel like I had a choke collar removed!  No "stuck" food issues anymore!!!!  I have immediate restriction and can eat up to 1/2 cup of food. 

As for the pic.  Well I AM Sicilian, but I do not have a mustache.  It must be a shadowing from where I puckered LOL  It was the most recent pic I had, but I need to update it because my face is smaller now!

How have you been?  Did you get any fluid taken out?

Yes, had an unfill about 2 months ago.  Personally I could probably use another but its not too bad.  I'll probably get a bit more taken out in September.  I must be the only bander to have 2 fills and 2 unfills!  
I'm about 10 lbs from my "first goal".  I just want to weigh in the 150's......please!
Maybe I'm the only one that sees the mustache.....

And I'll vouch for Heather - I just saw her the other night - no mustache!!!  I think it's just the pursed Angelina Jolie lips that make it look like that!

I know, that's why I thought you "was dissin' me!"  It was about a week or so before you went to Avalon, and then another after that, asking if you had fun, telling you Dad had an appt. with Dr. P.

I'll send ya another when I have a moment!!!

I'll work on her to work on the avie!!!  LOL!!!!

I know how it is to want to get to that goal, but being too tight can cause too many issues with the band.  Just be careful.  And believe me, you aren't the only bandster to have 2 fills then 2 unfills.  It's the crazy up and down with fills that I truly will NOT miss LOL.  The band can be a fickle b*tch! hehehe  You work that tool and take care of yourself!

Good morning,

I am in carb hell right now...... I need to get myself back on track soon.

B- cream of wheat made with milk, 12 oz coffee

S- 2 oatmeal raisin cookies

L- ham & cheese with tomatoes and mayo on wheat bread

D- corned beef with white rice, corn

S- a whole bunch of kettle corn.. ( how much I have no idea I just couldn't stop.

No time to list what I ate but, here's a ww recipe for ice cream sandwiches!

Take 1 "Chocolate" Graham cracker.
2 Tbs. no fat cool whip.
break Graham cracker in half so that you have two squares
Put 2 Tbs. of cool whip on one square (spreading equally around the cracker)
place second square on top of cool whip.
repeat for as many sandwiches as you wish, place on plate cover with Saran wrap
place in freezer for at least an hour before serving.

Calories per sandwich square  75
total fat  4gm
Sugar  1gm
protein 1gm

(That is if I did the math right, if not you're on your own)
