TUESDAY'S FEED BAG
Well, I had to turn the Food Network off last night - they were "Unwrapping" ice cream - my most favoritest thing pre-op, along with pizza!!! At least pizza I can make semi-healthy! It's funny, I've NEVER been bothered by food porn before, but I sure was last night!!! However, I still did REALLY well!
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt
S - None (Didn't feel the need)
L - Greek chicken salad (cut up roasted chicken, feta, tomates, cukes, olives and Greek seasoning) YUMMY AND FILLING!!
S - None
D - Crab cake
Sauteed squash
S - Protein shake
All my fluids (and then some), and all my vitamins!!
Next!!!

Too much food yesterday! Scale let me know this morning when it shrieked when I stepped on it! I am blaming Aunt Flo for this!

I know that i'm doing well but I really hate when I'm having a bad day food-wise.
My pattern for weight loss seems to be one week of losing to three weeks of staying steady and that's okay. So I'm hoping that by Sept 7th, I'll have lost the other 4 lbs, plus the 1 that the scale screamed about this morning!
I'm really happy to hear that your your tool is working with you again. Good luck in keeping on track!

OMG, Floyd watches the Food Network WAY too much and I'm convinced that show is nothing but a trigger for eating!
B - OMG I cannot remember for the life of me, I may not have had anything!!! I get so busy in the morning with the girls (especially Lacie who of course cannot feed herself yet).
L - 1/2 tomato sandwich w/ mayo salt/pepper
D - 2 oz grilled chicken, blue cheese crumbles
S - 2 cups popcorn w/ Kernel Seasons Nacho Cheddar seasoning

I actually don'****ch the cooking shows, except Paula, but I like watching the history of different foods, traditions, etc.
Since I've been watching my carbs, I haven't had bread in a while, but just last night, I was thinking that I can't WAIT to have a softcrab sandwich on fresh white bread with ltm!! YUM!!!!
BTW, I finally saw the Nacho Cheese in a Walmart - may have been a super.
